Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information ROMG X ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.

What we collect

This site is a single informational page with one contact form. When you submit that form, we collect only what you enter:

Organization (optional)
Email address (required, so we can reply)
Inquiry type (optional)
Your message

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — but only if you accept the cookie banner. If you decline (or ignore it), no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your data. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The site also stores your accessibility-menu preferences in your browser's local storage on your own device; that is functional, never leaves your device, and is not personal data.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for a single purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry (investment, deployment, partnership, or demo requests). We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except as needed to operate the contact form (see below).

How your message is processed

Form submissions are delivered to us by email using Resend, an email delivery provider, and are sent to our team inbox (Ceo@romg.io). Resend processes the submission solely to deliver the email. As Resend is based in the United States, your submission may be processed there; if you are in the EU/EEA, this constitutes an international transfer.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you. To make any such request, email Ceo@romg.io and we will respond promptly.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and the contact endpoint uses rate limiting and basic anti-spam protections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, if we add analytics in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent). The "last updated" date below reflects the current version.
